Congratulations on some terrific student-led conferences.  For the month of December, our crew will be focusing on the diversity in MELS and our responsibilities as leaders in a diverse community.  Our discussions and activities will require both courage and respect from all our crew members, as we push ourselves to be better stewards in our own lives and at MELS.
